Hi, I have found pretty helpful information and tips on your site, but can’t find an answer for my question. What vitamins can I take to improve my looks? I currently take vitamin C for skin, and Vitamin E for hair. I have seen a huge difference in my hair since I started the vitamin E, does anyone have suggestions about other vitamins that improve looks. Please help!
