4) Be aware of the size of the allowed foods you eat. Instead of eating a bowl of dried fruit, take a small amount as a handle. Eat slowly and chew well, because it makes your destination on time.

5) Eat lots of fiber. Fiber helps to low cholesterol levels and speeds up the poison from the body and makes your digestive system working properly. All fruits and vegetables have a number of fibers.
